Three key things that are focus of every business, household and individual in this ‘pandemic’ era, we are all going through. For this reason we are making some Support Changes as well as Waivers and Bonuses recall.ย
World is changing very fast
Life has changed for everyone every since the pandemic started in 2020. We made some crucial Support Changes in 2020 itself. Unfortunately, in 2021 as well, people had to adjust to so much loss and change, it has been unspeakably incredible. So many people we know personally are gone. It still seems like a bad dream, except that it is not. It is reality. This for us also means more Support Changes in terms of Mode of Support and General Customer Services as well as some other aspects.ย
You, Us, We are all affected!
Our Team, Families of our Team and our Clients are equally affected in their personal lives. It is both shocking and somewhat has left us all stunned – so many loved ones just gone! For us, Mental Health and Fitness of our Team is Number 1 priority. So is ensuring their long term financial safety. Equally important are our reliability for you at all times. We are doing this together because that is the only way to look after each other and you.ย We have made a conscious decision to continue Work-From-Home until December 31, 2022, even when pandemic circumstances improve for better. There has been a lot of loss of team and family members. This of course has also had financial impact on the business,ย and to balance things we are making a couple of difficult but necessary decisions so we can continue to support you long term –ย

1. Support Changes:
Effective from September 10, 2021, INTENTIONAL! (SIIN) aka Szebastian Inspire P. L. is suspending support via Telegram Chat and Social Media Chats. We will continue our original mode of customer support via 24/7 email. While Telegram Bot will still keep running, no human staff will be reviewing it. If there are any response time changes, you will find those updates on regular intervals here, as changes take place – READ DETAILS
2. Withdrawal of Waivers and Freebies:
Pandemic has also made it necessary for us to be prudent with our expenditure. We need to look after our teams long term and provide them stability, consequently to our clients. Along with the above Support Changes, under the unprecedented circumstances, for above reasons, as per section 11.1 and 12.4 of our Service Terms we are suspending all waivers, discounts, freebies. This includes discounts and bonuses for existing as well as new contracts. Standard Services will continue and packaged benefits will continue unaffected.ย
We will continue to be ‘Here for You!’
Having shared the above, I can assure you that we will continue to support via email as we have done for years before even introducing chat support. Similarly, you can still book your entitled Consultation Sessions via Zoom as per your plan as always. We will also keep you updated via our IRQueue on Twitter, Facebook Page and LinkedIn Page from time to time. However, please keep an eye on our SAFETY and HOURS pages for more regular updates. These support changes does not mean reduced care, it only means we are reverting back to our original email support mode.ย
Important Note:
The CEL-FIN is also moving and it will be reintroducing with a new name and advanced features in Jan 2022.ย
These changes were necessary to ensure we can continue providing employment stability to our team as well as quality delivery to our clients.ย
